Preservé™ breast augmentation: the big difference in technique
This new breast augmentation surgical technique focuses on maximum preservation of tissues and muscles, resulting in a natural-looking outcome, a smaller scar, and a faster, more comfortable recovery compared to traditional breast augmentation. Preservé™ breast augmentation results show subtle, harmonious improvements in volume and shape, respecting the anatomy and proportions of your body.
Less implant volume (cc) needed for the same result
A major advantage of Preservé™ breast augmentation is that up to one-third (1/3) less implant volume (cc) is needed to achieve the same aesthetic result compared to a traditional breast augmentation. This is because the natural breast tissue is maximally preserved, while the existing natural ligaments (which are not cut) effectively form a natural supportive “basket” or internal bra to support the implant.

During a comprehensive personal consultation, we review your wishes together and show additional before-and-after photos that match your body type and aesthetic goals. This gives you a realistic and personalized understanding of the possible results of a breast augmentation using the Preservé technique. We also offer 3D simulation (Crisalix) (which can be booked when scheduling your consultation).

These photos provide a realistic view of what is possible and help patients make an informed decision. They are also an essential tool to support patients in clearly expressing their wishes and expectations during the consultation.
Since aesthetic preferences are highly personal, these images also help patients assess in advance whether the results align with their taste—even before booking a consultation. It is also a way for us to filter out patients with unrealistic expectations.
The before-and-after photos are intended solely for informational purposes and as preparation for the personal consultation with the plastic surgeon. We do not believe in pushing patients toward treatment. In fact, we refuse treatment if, during the consultation and photo review, we determine that we are unlikely to meet a patient’s expectations.

In breast procedures, nipples are blurred in accordance with Google’s policy. The original photos are available during the consultation.
