Happy!
That’s the first word that comes to mind after my breast augmentation.
Not only because I’m extremely happy with the result, but with the whole picture.
The first consultation, that was exciting! With sweaty hands and a lot of nerves, I walked into the practice. Through the cozy atmosphere and the incredibly warm welcome, my nerves melted away like snow in the sun.
First, I met Anja, what an amazing lady she is! She listens to your questions, gives honest advice, goes through the “possible” procedure without making it feel like an obligation. She really takes her time, you feel heard!
After that, it was time to meet Dr. Nelissen. Here too, you could feel the warmth that was present throughout the practice! First, he let me share my perspective, the whys, what I wanted… I felt heard again. He picked up the conversation with Anja and added more details to her information. I was shown different options, and he gave me his expert advice. It was also completely non-binding, allowing me to make a free choice in every option available. After feeling good about it, I followed the doctor’s expertise, and without a doubt, I immediately booked my surgery date.
The day of the surgery itself, I was very scared. Simply because I had never been operated on / put to sleep before. I felt much worse before the surgery than after. Because honestly, the feeling after the surgery is just as described—there’s hardly any pain. I was operated on Thursday afternoon and took my last painkiller on Sunday evening. By Monday, I was already back at work! The aftercare is fantastic, the call the evening after your surgery, you get the personal number in case you have any doubts and need immediate help! The post-operative consultations are truly a great added value, and the entire team was available for any questions I had!
Thanks to the amazing team, from reception to nursing, to the doctor… really everyone! Your warmth and professionalism are top-notch!
