What is a chin correction?
A chin correction is a cosmetic procedure that corrects the shape and/or position of the chin:
- by placing a chin implant
- by injecting a filler
A chin correction can enhance facial contours and improve profile harmony with the jaw and nose.

When to have a chin correction done? Chin implant or filler?
- Often, a correction with a filler is chosen first. This allows the patient to get a better idea of the possible results without immediately having to opt for a permanent procedure (with a chin implant).
- A chin implant is a procedure under local anesthesia, during which a solid silicone piece (available in different thicknesses and widths) is placed through an incision under the chin or inside the mouth.
- In some cases, a chin correction is combined with a nose correction, especially when a small or recessed chin accentuates the size of the nose. This results in a more balanced profile.
How much does a chin correction cost?
The price of a chin correction (with a chin implant) is determined after the consultation, as this is not a standard or routine procedure. After the consultation, you will receive your personalized all-inclusive price quote.
For the price of a chin correction with filler, we refer you to our filler prices.
