I had been insecure about my nose since my teenage years. After years of searching for the right surgeon who could help me, I found Dr. Nelissen.
And for that, I will always be grateful. I couldn’t have found a better doctor!
I had no pain at all?! (Yes, that’s possible), and I was even able to go to work. This is because Dr. Nelissen works with extreme care and precision. You couldn’t be in better hands.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team at Global Care, who guided me incredibly well throughout this process. You are the best!!

2024 - Nose correction

After a long period of doubt, I finally took the step to have a rhinoplasty.
During the first consultation, as well as the follow-up appointments, I was always warmly welcomed and received plenty of information. On the day of the surgery, I was a bit nervous, but I was quickly reassured by the warm approach of everyone. The first evening postoperatively, I was contacted to check how I was feeling, received additional information about taking pain medication, and was given the opportunity to ask questions.

I did not experience any pain after the surgery and did not need any pain relief. During the first 4–5 days, I felt some discomfort due to the nasal packing, which meant I could only breathe through my mouth. The removal of the packing was completely painless, as was the removal of the stitches. Now, three months later, I am still incredibly happy that I took this step after years of hesitation, and I feel good in my own skin again.

I highly recommend the Global Care Clinic and Dr. Nelissen!

After years of doubt, I contacted them last year to undergo a nose correction. After two consultations and some time to decide, the procedure took place this January. The contact with Dr. Nelissen and all staff members was very pleasant, both via email and during consultations. Everyone was super friendly, and all questions were answered quickly and clearly.

I am extremely satisfied with my nose now, three months after the surgery—the result is natural and exactly what I expected. The recovery went very well, and the follow-up consultations are also going smoothly.

A few months ago, I visited GCC for the first time. At the reception, I was (and still am) warmly welcomed. My wish: a nose correction. Dr. Nelissen provided a realistic overview of the possibilities, which gave me confidence. After careful consideration and a second consultation, I was sure: I was going for it.

In November, the time had come. On the day of the surgery, I felt a bit nervous. I mentioned this, and the response was reassuring and caring—very comforting. In the operating room, there was a relaxed atmosphere with room for humor. Fantastic!

The first four days after surgery were tough because I had tampons in my nose. It was literally a relief when they could be removed. The recovery period was painless. Now, two months and a few check-ups later, I am very satisfied with the preliminary result. I enjoy looking in the mirror even more.
